It is the Board's policy that this web-posted list will contain the enforcement actions taken at the most current Board meeting that correspond with the effective date of the action. Depending upon circumstances, however, some actions will have effective dates that correspond with earlier Board meetings.

It is the Board's policy that this web-posted list will be replaced by the actions taken at each subsequent Board meeting, so that actions reflect the most recent effective dates.

In addition, consumers may wish to consult the Web License Status Lookup to ascertain if any of licensees on the current list have had additional actions taken against them in the past seven years.
