Anti Pop-Up problems: At
the end of the application, after you submit your credit
card information for processing, a receipt is returned
if the payment is accepted. You will not get the
receipt if the Anti Pop-Up is turned "ON". The
receipt is displayed in a pop-up window on your computer.
The receipt contains a name, transaction number and
the State of California Seal.
