How To Use the Complaint Referral Tables
If you are not sure where to file your complaint, check the Complaint Referral Table contents at the bottom of this screen. The contents are arranged aphabetically according to major category. To determine which agency has jurisdiction over the area in which you wish to lodge a complaint just click on the letter under which the agency would be listed.
For example if your complaint has to do with "AIRLINES or AIRCRAFT" you would click on the letter "A" below.
When the page comes up, scroll down to the entry containing the information you are seeking. Any links to more data will be highlighted in blue.
