Information for Military Applicants and Licensees
Military Member Temporary Residence Practice Rights
Military members and their spouses/domestic partners who hold an out-of-state CPA license and are temporarily residing/moving to California may qualify to practice public accountancy under practice privilege without a California CPA license.
